Astrologer Interaction

Astrologers on the platform are independent professionals verified by Astro Dhyaan. We are not responsible for the advice, predictions, or remedies provided by astrologers.

Entertainment Purpose

All astrological services are for entertainment purposes only and are not a substitute for medical, legal, or financial advice.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

  • Network connectivity issues
  • Unresponsive or delayed consultations
  • Language or communication barriers
  • Improper or incomplete services

Refund requests are processed within 7-10 business days.

Ineligible Refund Scenarios

  • Once product delivery begins
  • Technical issues caused by user-end devices
  • User dissatisfaction with astrological predictions or outcomes
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with services

No refunds for connected services like calls or chats except in exceptional circumstances.

Payment and Transaction Guidelines

Secure Payments

Users can make payments via credit/debit cards or online banking. All transactions are encrypted for security.

Bank Details

Users must ensure the accuracy of their payment information. Astro Dhyaan is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect details.

Refunds

Refunds are subject to Astro Dhyaan's discretion and applicable only for valid claims such as technical errors or incomplete services.

Restricted Content

Child Endangerment

Astro Dhyaan strictly prohibits the creation, upload, sharing, or distribution of any content that involves, promotes, facilitates, or contributes to the exploitation or abuse of children. Any account found to be involved in such activities may be immediately suspended or permanently terminated, and the related content may be removed without prior notice.

This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any other content that sexually exploits or harms minors.

If you come across any content or activity on the Astro Dhyaan App that may involve the exploitation, abuse, or endangerment of a child, you should report it to us immediately through the available reporting mechanism or by contacting our support team.

Astro Dhyaan does not permit the use of its App for any activity that may put children at risk. This includes, but is not limited to, activities intended to promote, encourage, facilitate, or engage in predatory behaviour toward minors, such as:

  • Inappropriate interactions with children: Any inappropriate physical, sexual, or suggestive interaction directed toward a child, including acts such as inappropriate touching, groping, or caressing.
  • Child grooming: Establishing or developing a relationship with a child through online or offline communication with the intention of facilitating sexual contact, exploitation, or the exchange of sexual or intimate images.
  • Sexualization of minors: Any image, video, communication, or other material that depicts, encourages, promotes, or facilitates the sexual exploitation or abuse of children, or presents a child in a sexually exploitative manner.
  • Sextortion: Threatening, coercing, blackmailing, or otherwise attempting to obtain sexual or intimate images or other material from a child by claiming or having access to the child's intimate content.
  • Child trafficking: Any advertisement, solicitation, arrangement, or activity involving the trafficking or exploitation of a child for commercial sexual purposes.

If Astro Dhyaan becomes aware of any content or behaviour involving child sexual abuse or exploitation, we will take appropriate and necessary action in accordance with applicable policies and requirements. Any such content, activity, or behaviour should be reported immediately to info@astrodhyaan.com.

Astro Dhyaan follows a zero-tolerance approach toward content or behaviour that promotes, encourages, or involves violence, gore, abuse, exploitation, or inappropriate interactions involving minors.

Adult Content Presented to Children

We also strictly prohibit content that is appealing or accessible to children but contains adult, sexual, violent, or otherwise inappropriate themes. Such content includes, but is not limited to:

  • Content containing excessive or graphic violence, blood, or gore.
  • Content that depicts, promotes, encourages, or facilitates harmful, dangerous, or potentially life-threatening activities.

Negative Body Image and Self-Image

Astro Dhyaan also does not permit content or applications that promote or encourage a negative perception of a person's body or physical appearance.

This includes content that promotes or presents plastic surgery, excessive weight loss, cosmetic procedures, or other physical appearance modifications primarily for entertainment or promotional purposes in a manner that may encourage negative body image or unhealthy perceptions of one's appearance.

Quality Assurance

Astro Dhyaan provides astrological products like gemstones and yantras as part of its remedies. These products are sourced from verified vendors.

Astro Dhyaan does not guarantee the efficacy of these products as outcomes may vary.

Delivery Policy

Products are delivered only within India. Users are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Astro Dhyaan is not liable for delays or damages caused during transit.

Legal Information

Dispute Resolution
